Account Manager

You, our new Account Manager, will be the daily point of client contact, responsible for project-related communication and execution. You’ll be reporting directly to the Account Supervisor and Account Director on the portfolio.

You will have a pivotal role to play in coordinating between the creative and clients in order to ensure that client deliverables are created on time, on budget, and per the scope of work. The Account Manager also contributes to the overall strategy and ensures it aligns with the client’s business objectives.

To succeed, the Account Manager must:

  • Manage internal and external marketing projects, in collaboration with the Account Supervisor/Account Director and/or the production specialist for a portfolio of clients
  • Fully comprehend the client brief and develop a project plan to deliver on agreed upon expectations
  • Development of creative briefs and communicate them to both internal and external teams, and ensure comprehension of the objectives and underlying strategy
  • Plan projects and supervise the execution of the various stages of production (manage scope, support teams in preparing and delivering assets)
  • Balance the dual expectations of both the client and agency to ensure seamless project delivery and quality
  • When required, reach out to freelance dev teams, get estimates and manage projects
  • Keep up to date on performance marketing tactics and trends in order to offer sound strategic recommendations to clients
  • Develop strong client, partner and vendor relationships
  • Provide administrative support to the Account Supervisor, Account Director and VP of Strategy & Client Relations (billing, profitability reports, forecasts, performance reports, setup tasks, etc.)
  • Ensure the respect of schedules, quality of projects and budget
  • With direction from their Account Supervisor, Account Director and VP of Strategy & Client Relations, provide tactical and strategic recommendations to enhance performance

Specific competencies and abilities:

  • Experience working in a marketing agency an asset
  • Experience working specifically within the digital space is a requirement (social, email, digital media, websites, tech builds, etc.)
  • Knowledge of specific digital marketing is an asset (SEM, SEO, paid social media, display campaigns, content creation, analytics)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Exceptionally strong organizational skills across multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong ability in project or account management;
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams;
  • Ability to adapt to workload and working conditions while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Proven interpersonal skills

Art Director

We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of design principles. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our projects, ensuring they align with our brand identity and meet our clients’ objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the creative team, including designers, illustrators.
  • Develop and implement creative concepts and design strategies for various projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Oversee the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all visual materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to foster their professional growth.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Present creative ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) + Figma.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to take constructive criticism and incorporate feedback effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in using AI tools.
  • Knowledge of web design, UX/UI principles, and motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
